J4S Tech Innovation is establishing India’s first LAS (lithium-aluminosilicate) ceramic glass manufacturing plant. LAS ceramic glass is a high-performance, thermal-shock-resistant glass-ceramic used in demanding applications such as cooktop and appliance panels, fireplace and stove viewing windows, and precision industrial components — a material India currently imports almost entirely. With backward-integrated, automated production, J4S Tech Innovation is building this capability domestically as a China+1 alternative.
The plant is equipped with automated production, precision machinery, and controlled-crystallisation (ceramisation) lines purpose-built for LAS ceramic glass.

LAS Ceramic Glass – India’s First Domestic Manufacturing Plant
J4S Tech Innovation is setting up India’s first dedicated LAS ceramic glass plant at Ghiloth, Rajasthan, producing a thermal-shock-resistant glass-ceramic for appliance, architectural, and industrial applications that is currently import-dependent.
Manufacturing Process
- Silica Sand Processing: high-purity quartz sand undergoes crushing and chemical purification.
- Melting & Refining: large-scale furnaces operate at 1,700°C, producing ultra-clear molten glass.
- Forming & Ceramisation: controlled crystallisation converts the glass into a LAS glass-ceramic with high thermal-shock resistance.
- Tempering & Coating: automated tempering kilns enhance glass durability.
- Certified by ASTM & ISO 1288 Standards

Manufacturing Process
- Wire Extrusion & Copper Processing: high-precision wire drawing machines manufacture insulated copper wires with 99.99% purity.
- Molding & Assembly: injection molding machines create flame-retardant ABS enclosures.
- Circuit Board Manufacturing: automated SMT lines ensure error-free PCB production.
- Safety & Quality Testing: every product undergoes voltage surge tests, heat resistance validation, and load endurance assessments.

J4S Tech Innovation has set up one of the largest ethanol production plants in India. Our fully automated distillation and fermentation units utilize rice-based biomass to manufacture high-quality fuel-grade ethanol for government and industrial projects.
Manufacturing Process
- Pre-Treatment & Fermentation: rice-based feedstock undergoes enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation in stainless steel fermentation tanks.
- Distillation & Dehydration: multi-pressure distillation columns ensure high purity levels exceeding 99.5% ethanol concentration.
- Bio-Refining & Sustainability: the plant follows a zero-waste process, with byproducts like DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles) used in animal feed.
- Automation & Control: SCADA-based monitoring systems regulate temperature, pressure, and fermentation efficiency.
